Quantity, and the listed Price for each item ordered.  We will deduct 10% from the
final order total.  You may also download an order form to fax to us.

All orders except purchase orders are on hold until payment is
received.  Orders may take up to three weeks for delivery and
processing.
    Terms of payment: Oriental Trading Orders must be paid in full at
    time of order.  No Returns or Cancellations are accepted.  
    Free shipping is available to Celebrations Party Supplies only.  
    Other addresses will be charged UPS or USPS shipping prices.

    If an item ordered is not available for any reason, a sufficient
    substitute item will be found, subject to my approval.  My payment will
    not be processed until I am notified of any changes or out-of-stock
    items.
